Nashville communicators eat Seder meal

Rabbi Saul Strosberg
Nine members of RCC’s Nashville Chapter shared a Seder meal March 17 at Gordon Jewish Community Center.
Rabbi Saul Strosberg of Congregation Sherith Israel, Nashville’s century-old Orthodox Synagogue, served the meal and gave each religion communicator a copy of the Beginners Passover Haggadah. That 22-page booklet, published by the National Jewish Outreach Program, includes concise commentary about Passover rituals.
RCC members followed along in the Haggadah as Strosberg led the ritual commemorating the children of Israel’s deliverance from slavery in Egypt. Communicators ate traditional Passover foods: karpas, maror, charoset and matzot.
