The Hotel Newton, 2528 Broadway, near West 94th Street, has a Jan. 29 deadline for the RCC special rate, although it will continue to accept reservations at other rates as available after that date. The Hampton Inn Manhattan-United Nations, 231 E. 43rd St., is close to both the United Nations and to Grand Central Station’s restaurants, shops and subway connections. The $229/night rate for a king room includes the chain’s usual amenities – hot breakfast buffet, free internet, fitness and business centers. The deadline for the RCC 2016 rate is Feb. 29.
